Salon Policy
NEW CLIENTS
A $25.00-$65.00 deposit is required at time of booking, to hold your color, cut, appointment.
NEW EXTENSIONS
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking EXTENSIONS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25.00-$100.00 fee will be added to your account if cancelled with in the 24 hour window of your appointment. A no-show fee 0f $50.00 or 1/2 of what your service was, will be added to your account.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for salon services. If you are any way unsatisfied with your service, we are more than happy to fix/redo the service at no charge, WITHIN 3 DAYS of your original appointment.
